I'm not a lawyer nor an expert on litigation. Pluto mentioned that at a hearing the judge might just dismiss the J&J Motion and force the litigants into Mediation. I have a couple of questions if anyone doesnt mind answering. What if J&J refuses to settle? Wouldnt the next step for DECN be the Supreme court? It seems we need jurors which appears J&J is trying everything to avoid. As big as they are they're not immune from punishment and losing.
