That would be correct in that the FDA would have to approve for that kind of marketing however as is current any statement can be made because the FDA sees marijuanna as a schesule 1 drug with no medical use and is illegal. Therefore the FDA would have to reclassify the schedule to even go into effect of regulating the advertisimg amd the states would habe to legislate that they will again require medication derived from marijuanna to be regulated by the FDA.
