The relisting fees will be moderate in cost. They, HJOE ,should use legal help/ council for the paperwork. (There is no room for error this time.)That will add to the pot by 30-50k. A lawyer will aid the company with filing the correct forms, in correct order, and in a timely manner. It also allows hjoe a safety net in case something goes wrong. (they can sue) and be protected.
The real cost is going to be in a competent cpa or Veal, who can have the last 8 qs acurate/legitimately done. This too will be very time consuming, if hjoe has not been on top of this.
But, if Joe's management can sell 20-30 new distributors, that will be more than enough money to get relisted.....and then some...considering dealerships average 30-55k and hjoe gets 100%.
Then, all the other products, should go to paying for cycling product ,paying bills,and building some profit.
Lot of stokes in the hjoe fire.Time for it them to grow and start the initial process/ soon. (meaning do the groundwork now, so when the decide to come back, it will be a fast transition back.)
