Spot on! NTEK and NTGL are at war with short sellers. Criminal abusive naked short sellers. They want to bankrupt these companies to protect the millions of dollars they have stolen from we shareholders by selling counterfeit shares. From my perspective I am either going to make a lot of money or lose it all as I have drawn a line in the sand and will not be selling until I collect penalties and interest and a generous return from those that have tried to steal my hard earned money.
I own shares in several companies that find themselves at war with these criminals and it is great to see more and more companies not only understanding what is happening but fighting back.
Abusive naked shorting (shorting without borrowing shares) is criminal and needs to be banned as it was in Europe. Please consider talking to or emailing your Congresscritter and ask him/her to get involved and take a stand. If companies start trading digital shares as described here it would put an end to these crimes. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-...n-delaware
In addition take time over the weekend to read and reread this article which is extremely well done http://counterfeitingstock.com/CounterfeitingStock.html
Finally it is important to understand that companies go public in order to raise capital to grow the business. NTEK sold shares to raise capital however had the company not been under attack it is likely that no reverse split or certainly not of the magnitude involved would have been necessary.
I look forward to the day NTEK drops bunker busters on the short sellers and we turn the tables on them. Understand they will not give up easily and are expert at what they do so it will not be easy but imo the company is smart to share as little as possible with the enemy until we are the ones attacking! Go NTEK!!!
