This perhaps is my one beef with the company. Our cream will never be accepted as a drug in the US unless and until MMJ is rescheduled and then we would have to go through various trials before any sort of approval. Being that is the case I don't know why they aren't selling the cream now as a cosmetic in America... even if only in one state. A year from now things won't be any different. We could be making serious revenues from it sold as a cosmetic while pursuing the rest of the world being prescribed as a drug.
