Yes, that's what they already done but if the company is selling and operationally making money, then it does not matter. I don't think the court case is the driver of these abnormal moves at abnormal levels. I was thinking it could be this potential buyer trying to keep the price low to make the premium seem bigger. Still, hard to logically explain how and why this trades at 6 cents and manages to create a volume more than a mn shares. The M&Ms trying to shake the tree is another possible explanation but the tree is shaken to death already!
