True, although the process of "cleaning" the shell and then getting a MM to vouch for a reborn CRGP is a tall order.
Would be interesting. It's very likely a major R/S would accompany that action, wiping out most of the current shareholders, so I'm not sure it'd be of much help in the end.
The O/S ballooned to well over a billion during the massive dump prior to the dividend.
