I'm not sure there's any chance for the shell to be "cleaned" without someone picking up the dividend bill owed COR. Of course, I'm not an expert on what liabilities will exist with CRGP after COR's lawsuit is finally settled.

What a debacle, lol.

And to think, I could have taken the dividend and just tucked it away in Tesla.
