Monday is the biggest day so far in the J&J lawsuit. J&J as the party that brought the Summary Judgment Motion gets one last shot at making an impression on the judge. If their filing reads like iHub message board posts -- Berman is a crook, J&J wouldn't hire DECN's expert for anything in the world, DECN is broke, its stock price makes stock traders vomit, GenUltimate presents a public health hazard, etc. etc. then you will know they are in big, big trouble.

And that's exactly what I expect to happen, because as everyone knows, leopards and certain message board posters do not change their spots..
