I need a pro forma for that. Delta and I will be all over the pro forma numbers as soon as they're out to provide realistic projections of share price within certain time points (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, etc.). The audit needs to be completed first, to the best of my knowledge, before the pro forma is released. However, I'd bet that we get the numbers before the closing date and hence, the audit will be done well before closing.
My subjective opinion on the SP is that it will be 4-5x higher than current levels within weeks of the closing. But your guess is as good as mine right now. There are two events right now that upon completion will forever change the course of this company's history: 1) Audit, and 2) Acquisition closing and 737 lease.
If those two happen, this company will create many millionaires.
