FWIW Billy, I turned down a seat on the BOD in 2012, 2016 and 90 days ago. I think a 42 year professional career in the medical device industry trumps penny trading nastiness and self-centered, self-entitlement when it comes to Boards of Directors.
So now I see that since they laughed at your transparent attempt at self-dealing on a publicly traded company BOD, you are now pushing for your own message board Moderator.
