THANKS for asking - Joanne B of DECN sent the following e-mail to me,
"Dear Mr. DeMorris,
On behalf of the board of directors of DECN, I would like to thank you for your email and assure you that you certainly have qualifications to sit for a board seat, particularly one that addresses the needs of Diabetics.
At this time, we have three Board Members and we are not bringing anyone else on board for the remainder of this calendar year. Rest assured, however, we will keep you in mind when we are ready to bring additional members on board, particularly someone with your pedigree.
Good luck with your current ventures and we will keep in touch periodically as is necessary.
