I have to back you up on this.......
I together with my group tried desperately to avoid the R/S by forming a shareholder committee to help NTEK by loaning our shares back to the company.
We were hoping it would give NTEK enough time to start generating enough revenues and hopeing it would help set up a stock buyback plan.
We contacted Dan Wong which at the time was NTEK IR representative who presented it to NTEK.
DW came back and said that R/S was in place and they were moving forward with it.
