Unfortunately the arrogance at NTEK is quite apparent to anyone who has made an inquiry and mentioned they were "invested" in NTEK. To NTEK, shareholders are not investors in the company insofar as they haven't directly invested dollars into the company, they've merely purchased shares in the open market and therefore have liquidity. NTEK doesn't believe that's a real investment in the company and it does not directly benefit the company.
I disagree with that line of thinking. It is an investment in the company and there is a direct benefit. Strong shareholder support enables the company to raise capital by selling fewer shares. It's simple math really. If NTEK needs to raise $1,000,000 for example and their price pps is circling the drain like it is right now, they'd need to sell probably 100mm or more shares to do so by the time you factor in that kind of dilution. However, if management didn't treat shareholders like mushrooms but rather would deliver on what they say, without all the b.s. that we've sadly come to expect, then the pps would be higher. Higher pps fewer shares to sell to raise the one million. Not to mention, NTEK shareholders have up through now been very vigilant in their support for the company, similar to SIRI shareholders back in the day. Many of us have held shares for years, have continued adding along the way and have encouraged family and friends to invest their hard earned dollars in the stock as well as buying movie packages. So don't tell me we're not investors in NTEK David Foley because that's the kind of arrogance that pisses people off to the point they don't want to support you anymore.
Just sayin'
