Let's call this the Baltia Bull effect - you have a stock trading Inc in a range. You have an investor drop a bid of about 6time the average trading volume on a bid. It gets noticed then the little shits who were waiting for it to go below 40 for a under flip have to get back in because the idiots just checked their watch and realized they are fighting against time. And not the takeover deadline, but the artificial deadline that comes with the buy low on rumor / sell high on news approach... but now they are scrambling against those bottom feeding day traders who heard through random boards that the bid has 20 Parked on it... so they are thinking hey - I will. Han s it... so now they are in on the scramble for more shares... but there are only so many available down here...
