100M+ bid at .0003 will be maintained by whale longs who trade $INCC continuously but no significant fills in weeks and no expectation of getting much apart from daily iHub basher short paint downs. main reason is to keep basher / flippers out.

Undercut ask .0004s taken out again.

.0005s up again - only 34M there (2M less than last time).

Ideal time to build up an inventory of cheap shares at new effective bottom of .0005 (10M or 20M) to use on multiple runs ahead over coming months on updates on at least 10 catalysts if you don't already have enough.

Next update expected to be within 2 weeks on progress of launch of CBD infused popsicles which is "definitely happening" according to manufacturing partner but $INCC has had a history of surprise news and mini-runs to .0010 in 2017.

So anything could happen at any time.

My proven successful strategy is to load and sit back and wait.
