$PSGR Somehow I missed an August 10 Press Release on OTC Market that a highly regarded consultant of Pershing Resources had died. There was no reference on the Pershing Resources website, I apologize to Message Board visitors for not finding this sooner.

Dr. Bain, the Chief Geologist (consulting) for Pershing Resources passed away in his country of Canada. Please extend late condolences to his family.
