While I believe you could be right, I also believe it's very possible that OWCP is speaking with other big Pharma's as well. The company certainly doesn't want to be thought of as willing to violate confidentiality agreements, and I really don't believe the company had anything to do with the story.

That doesn't mean it's not true, but I believe you'd have to be a fool not to know that the company is speaking with a variety of people. Certainly since the Medmar partnership was ended they have to be considering an approach to U.S. sales, either State by State, or with someone with the clout to do it all once legal hurdles are cleared.
