The most recent catalyst for Celsius was when it broke the $5 threshold. Apparently it is "officially" considered a Big Board stock and no longer is considered a "penny stock" after that milestone is achieved. Certain larger established investment houses will now open their doors to possible market investment now that CELH is above $5.00.

This is really an impressive achievement.
