$SOUPQ: WC owns approx 120M commons (also huge preferred),"substantially" all SOUPQ assets (including IP).
$SOUPQ (not WC) released an 8K today stating that they are selling the rest of their non-material assets. WC has not released any public announcement of their plan yet (no statement selling anything). That 8k told us absolutely nothing new. Huge bargains were made available today to the quick and nimble.
