Then a moron who hadn't kept up to date with the latest on the upcoming availability of CBD infused popsicles sold for a loss into the 10M bid at .0004.
1.2M left on undercut ask at .0004 then expect only 20M>30M at .0005 which can disappear in seconds / minutes on news (as has happened on several mini-runs to .0009/.0010 this year already)..
