MANY CATALYSTS:
- international patent (very soon should have an answer)
- Push specific OOBA patent (already theirs but they are strengthening COBAS)
- 7 infringement suits (represented by Ropes&Gray and Blank Rome)
- 3 more patent pending to strengthen their position in OOBA through Protectid.
- IPR decision from the USPTO by mid to late Oct. 2017.
- major deals to be announced between Oct. and Dec. 2017.
- Bo Dietl (ACS channel partner) tested encryption with 4 of the largest defense contractors in a "cyber war simulation" in Washington D.C.(INVITE ONLY)
- Announcement of 20-30 more infringers for OOBA suits
- A lawfirm looking to protect Keystroke encryption with potential infringement suits.
Anyone looking at this company should pick a few of the catalysts above and do some DD and understand the potential here if just a few come to fruition over the next few months.
Things are getting good here.
Not to mention the $1.5M-$3M Litigation Financing that should prevent shareholder dilution and prevent R/S. Kay could have easily taken the path that would have hurt shareholders, but did not. This in itself is very telling of the insider sentiment at SFOR and a message from the lender that these litigations are potentially huge $$$ and the chances of settlement are extreme high.
Shareholders are in at a very exciting time, never any guaranteed outcome, but there is way too much coming together here in a very short period of time. IMO!
ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE!!!!
ALWAYS IN MY OPINION.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL IN THE MONTHS TO COME!!
