I don't think the foam formulation for UP is going to be hard to do, that technology already exists for other drugs.
The pill technology is something that will require either a partnership with them, or an agreement to have them manufacture it. But neither of those are huge hurdles and another 30 million plus what we've got in the bank can easily cover that.
I think that the extended Aspire deal really is good saber-rattling to show prospective partners that they are going to have to make a fair offer, or take a walk.
