Both tenants in GCP 1 are operating at full capacity.
As part of its services for its tenants, McGrow located a large bulk buyer of crude oil and an additional wholesaler for the GCP 1-1 tenant.
McGrow will now focus its full attention on the completion of GCP 2 and developing tenants for that facility.
