Are the terms of their contracts disclosed in the annual report? I really haven't paid any attention to compensation agreements, because as far as I'm concerned we're really lucky to get people of this caliber involved in the company.

Some of you guys have gone over the reports with a fine-toothed comb so if anyone knows, it would be great to post about it.
