Could be...but I doubt it. IMO nobody's gonna randomly start buying hundreds of thousands of AMBS shares at market without an in. AMBS has been in the gutter for a long while, yes, but for all we know the attention to $VYGR may have cast some deep pocketed eyes on a very viable and perhaps more promising compound - MANF.
