Maybe the financials have not come out yet because of the other factors that are in process such as the name change or the acquisition of the certification? I believe in the past, for example let's say Q1 2016 came out in May 2016, all other significant events through May 2016 were included in the other events section of the financials.. Maybe they are updating the non financial information of the financial statements?

I agree with Ben, it would be great to have them out but we pretty much know what is going on due to fantastic communication via PRs from USGlobal.
