Freaking MANF was written up in 'Nature' last year for retinitis pigmentosa. 'Nature' for goodness sake! And we all already know about it's
potential in Parkinson's and other diseases. Patience. I predict a very lucrative bidding war eventually for the MANF IP. Who knows? Maybe AMBS even gets a stake. It is perhaps the most promising compound in all of gene therapy.
