We're a public company and usually, if you were going to provide 21MM you would want audited financial statements - but not always. What you really want is to secure your loan/investment/or whatever. Maybe you would try and secure your bucks by taking an assignment of rights to any patents or processes that exist within NTEK, but which has no book value. Yeah, I don't know the value of any such items, but the party with the bucks may and he/she/it may feel that such is sufficient for their purposes. And, they are not necessarily going to disclose their thought processes. Just a thought.
In the end, it's just GO NTEK.
