Two, maybe 3 or 4 thoughts:
The mellowed out fish are completely cool with the hook and the reel in.
If you're relying on Great Lakes fish for your Omega 3's, WTF?!
Calamari and Krill are too 'deep caught' to pass along anything bad.
Capsules are readily available.
Now them Lake Michigan lobsters and crabs on the other hand....
