imo RH first has to decide if he's going to sell blending site and plant or not
if he plans to bring NF back on line .. spec out *all* actual costs ... including employees
and present it as a fait accompli
we both know any R/S done without *intent* known by all .. will just be re-shorted
back below R/S price tag
regardless RH has options .. one of the reasons an upside down NR relentlessly
compresses a targeted stock is to effectively cripple mgmt's abilities
