Bob, they would not communicate anything on the law suits as directed by their attorneys. This is a sore point for me because I don't think these guys help themselves but seem to shoot themselves in the foot. I am not aware of the posted letter. I was told on more than one account that 21m funding not in question, only thing holding the deal up was M&A's.
