We cannot comment on ongoing litigation involving Mr. Gulas, or any other
matter per our legal counsels instructions.
The liability for Long Side has been recorded and reported on the books and
has been part of the company's filings.
The likelihood hasn't changed, nor has anything changed or had any impact on
the company. The funding is 100%.
