Random thoughts: I have thought for some time that our new deal with the investment of 21 million would not happen until our old deal was settled. Watching how the stock trades it appears to me no real shares are available, period. Yesterday's volume of 46K provided a good example as imo those 46K shares were all wash trades. (Wash trades are done between MM to manipulate the price, simulate volume and lower the FINRA short percentage at the end of the day.) So imo there were no real trades yesterday, not one!
Today if someone buys it is my opinion whatever they bought will show up as being short in the FINRA report. It is also likely imo that any significant buying will cause the price to rise making it more expensive for those that are short to be short.
Now for the big question in my mind, is Long Side short? Did they short NTEK in anticipation of getting those shares and was their short a violation of the deal made between Nanotech and Long Side? Is this why the suit is not being settled?
Should buying come into the stock and the price rise will Long Side get a margin call with each increase in price? Sure seems to me like Long Side is pulling out all the stops in an effort to kill NTEK..
Please understand this is a speculative post. If anyone is in a position to add some of the missing pieces that would be great. Those short have a lot at stake here and I hope they lose their shirts. Go NTEK!!!
