I fully agree that commercially sensitive information or MNPI can not be disclosed before everything is down and dusted.
However, there are so many announced events such as the Latam order, launch of the new product, private placement, etc. which do not fall into that category.
Also, the filing already says that they are in discussions w the largest pharma chain, if J&J is still going to do something, they would do in any case.
