The nakeds may have unlimited shorting ability but their powers are still earthly. They are powerless against divine prophecy. To $0.70 and then on to $70 so it was foretold.
I can't help but wonder what the trajectory of the company would have been had CTIX handled that whole Rosen/Mako thing differently. What if we had given the 1M warrants we paid Ashcroft to Rosen/Mako instead? I suspect the suit would have immediately been dropped and the Mako piece would have been recanted...possibly replaced with a bullish piece. That was one battle I wish we didn't fight.
