I agree they're going to be very quiet until substantial news is available. I have a looong email thread with Amir and he made it quite clear that they are essentially "harassed" 24/7 by shareholders... a little more IR expertise would potentially alleviate this, but if they don't have news, they don't have news.
I can imagine the trading restrictions with certain brokerage firms (e.g. Scottrade) has them a little worried about saying anything to cause more issues. I opened an Etrade account just so I can freely trade some of my shares while keeping my core position.
They stated that their IP is protected, so it's going to come down to them putting their data with their mouth is. It sucks watching this happen to OWCP, and it was driving me crazy seeing I-Blow and his minions get away with bashing all day everyday (one of the reasons I deactivated my Ihub account), but published data will provide validity and put those assholes in a corner.
