I asked:
Do you have any info regarding the Shareholder meeting? Are we waiting on anything (either under our control or out of our hands) for the shareholder meeting date to be announced? Any info at this time would be greatly appreciated.
Their response:
The SHM won’t be scheduled until we close funding as there are several changes that occur that impact the SHM when funding closes.
