Followed up by email with some of the people in Alpha government and got a response from the planning board secretary saying that the water bottling plant was never on the agenda for the August board meeting and currently isn't on the agenda for September either. Time to start looking at the other "coals in the fire" I suppose?

"Hi ______ I believe you are confusing my office with the borough clerks office which posts their minutes online. The bottling facility was not on the agenda for the Land Use Board for the meeting in August. Our next meeting is September 20th but as of today Bev Graph is not appearing on the agenda - this could change but at this time they are not listed for the September meeting.
