Details from court case would be welcomed. Did Judge order a payoff of existing capital with reasonable interest or find HJOE liable for "damages" from toxic trading opportunities that were "lost"...? That remains big question. If judge forced reasonable settlement - remaining lenders know the end game since precedent was set and should quickly line up to settle. We need that cleared up before we can even consider trading again. Without it - conversions happen immediately and aggressively upon resumption of trading wiping out any advantage of company going dark.
