I don't think IBM is infringing anymore.
Why would IBM (and Intel) sponsor a talk by Craig "CJ" Burnet from ACS if SFOR is going to sue IBM?
This is recent - July 20th of this year. And it was hosted and moderated by Ahmed Sharaf of Xband Enterprises who just recently started working with ACS and Titrium Research on a confidential basis. He also works with IBM endpoint security.
