From what can be surmised from the years with DECN, ISCR, INCA etc.. this would not be what the large shareholders would want - I suspect they have a total amount in mind - and YES a pps for their contributions (in the form of shares) to the success of the firm. This might now just be a buy out situation in their minds. GLA IMO
