I used to believe that this company was vulnerable to the "big 3" coming in and stomping them, but with the early direction being charters, I really don't see any threats to USGlobal. There are other charter airlines but it isn't as if the market is saturated. There is always demand. The major US international carriers are actually moving away from charter flights, which gives USGlobal the opportunity to snatch a greater portion of market share. I know the charter routes are the initial flights, but don't be surprised if Tony decides to keep Songbird as a charter subsidiary of USGlobal while adding the 777s for the broader international destinations under the USGlobal name.
Can't wait for a pro-forma so Delta and I can start projecting realistic share prices and valuations after 3, 6, 12 months....
