ICLD: the company lost a lawsuit wherein even though they don't admit wrongdoing (standard practice) they are paying $300,000 for the plaintiff's counsel. Furthermore ICLD has to change corp. governance to adhere to legal standards and will be watched for a period of 5 years.
There is nothing in this settlement that adds value to ICLD other than the fact that this litigation will soon be settled and behind them BUT it will require substantial dilution to pay the $300,000 hence the A/S raise from 500M to 1B.
