It is interesting how they spin things. Knowing the bashers limited knowledge it all makes sense. Have any of them ever bought a house? Probably not since they are living in their parents basement. My last buy/sell was this year and was suppose to close on the sale of my old house and buy of new one on or about April 15th. I closed on my sale of my old house the day of the SHM and the buy of my new house in the middle of June!!! This isn't buying a used Toyota Corolla folks. Looking forward to the market reaction today
