JP re-posted my post from Friday on ihub. He then suggested that a director of a public company (Steven Spence) had selectively disclosed to him, and him only, in violation of Reg D, material non-public information that SeD had cancelled their LOI.
Do I think a director of a public company is that stupid? No.
