I wrote to the company today and got an interesting response from them. We know that in 2015 the previous CEO sold his entire stake in the company per SEC and other public records.
It looks like based on the email I got today that in the words of the company... "The Company publicly disclosed that there is a new Chief Executive Officer and Joe Sirianni is no longer affiliated with the Company."
It looks like Joe has now sold his position in the company.
