Oh yeah! I've been thru the Upper Peninsula of Michigan also! The last time I was there we went straight up the middle of Wisconsin around the top of Michigan and came back down in the middle of Michigan. If you ever want a long scenic drive I would recommend doing that haha! Although, make sure you fill up the gas every time you see a gas station because you will go hours without seeing anything lol.

It's beautiful up there as well, but my wife hated it because it's so isolated.
