SFOR must be getting close to settling with at least one of the infringers. They are already looking into more lawsuits. Wondering who the attorneys are going to be for the MT & GID patents.
As per their last Q:
"We are also working with a patent attorney firm to plan our strategy to aggressively enforce the patent rights relating to our granted Keystroke Encryption patents that help protect our GuardedID® and MobileTrust® products"
Who are they going to name. These new infringement suits?
