Re: 56,000,000 million in the OS Sept. 1st. Could it have something to do with the 54,000,000 shares in the lawsuit. Could FINRA ask them to put up 54mm shares as cover or insurance until the lawsuit is over? Anyone? Also, they could've issued shares to offset the extra cost for accountants and attorney's. FederalCourts aren't cheap to sue in.
